- The North Karelia Welfare Area is conducting a direct acquisition of the demanding 24-hour residential service needed for family and social services for working-age services for working-age services for family and social services, Attendo Vehnian Koivukodit Oy's Attendo Pihka from 7.7.2025 and continues indefinitely There is no place to meet the customer's needs in the service housing locations selected through the procurement system (376629 / social housing services). Customer is estimated to benefit from demanding enhanced service housing with discussion support and guidance available as necessary. Service housing is acquired from a place where there is expertise in both mental health and substance abuse. The acquisition unit may perform direct procurement in individual cases in Social and Health Services in accordance with Chapter 12, Section 110 of the Procurement Act if organizing a tender It would be obviously unreasonable and particularly inappropriate for the client's significant care and client relationship. The estimated total value is calculated for an indefinite agreement In this time for 48 months. The procurement is the procurement of social and health services referred to in Article E1 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016) [CPV code; 85311000-2 Social Work providing accommodation], so the procurement is subject to Article 107 of the Procurement Act provisions.
