- The acquisition focuses on home appliances and home electronics as stated in the invitation to tender. The estimated contract period is November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2027. The contract will only begin with the signature of a written agreement. The acquisition includes two (2) one-year option period (1.11.2027-31.10.2028and November 1, 2028-31.10.2029) The use of the Option shall be decided by the subscriber six (6) months before the end of the existing agreement. The acquisition is divided into regionally as follows: 1) Oulu area (Ouka, Nordlab Welfare Group, Osao, Oulu Production Kitiittioe Oy) 2) Kokkola area (Central Ostrobothnia Welfare Area,Nordlab Welfare Association) 3) Taivalkoski Region (Taivalkoski Municipality, Nordlab Welfare Group) The tenderer may provide one or more areas (1 Oulu area, 2. Kokkola area, 3. If offered to more than one area, the products and prices offered must be the same for everyoneareas (for subscribers). The criteria for the site are asked to indicate which area/regions are subject to the offer. The acquisition decision shall be made separately for each area mentioned above.
