- The acquisition is focused on the construction of the municipality of Tuusula as a framework arrangement. Acquisition applies for public procurement and
Law on access agreements (1397/2016, "Procurement Act"). The anticipated value of the acquisition exceeds section 26 of the Procurement Act
according to the EU threshold.
The work to be ordered is mainly the maintenance or contracting of real estate maintained by the Status Service with a variety of duration
The jobs to be ordered are maintenance and renovation work, for example a carpenter
Construction work For example, schools, kindergartens, war properties, office buildings, libraries and museums apply to schools. Orders may also include supplies and other work -related purchases. The contractor acts as the main implementer of ordered work and is responsible for the safety of the site and the obligations of the Civil Liability Act and the obligation to disclose the tax authorities. The subscriber does not commit to any order or purchase amount, as the number of future jobs is unknown. Under the same agreement, procurement can be made by all sectors of the municipality.
