- With this announcement, the HUS Group sets up a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter referred to as DPS) to obtain ICT equipment and supplies. The subject of the dynamic procurement system is described in more detail in the request for participation and in its annexes. Products to be purchased will be defined in more detail in each dynamicin internal tendering of the procurement system. We request entry applications "ICT equipment and accessories 2025-2035" for the dynamic procurement system (also DPS). The dynamic procurement system is valid until December 31, 2035, unless it is reduced or extended by a separate notice.At the time of publication, HUS estimates that 15-30 tenders will be published within the years 2025-2035. The amount is a preliminary estimate that can change significantly as the need for tendering and product grouping becomes clearer. HUS assessed the request for participationAt the time of publication, the total duration of the entire duration of the dynamic procurement system is up to EUR 140,000,000 - EUR 180,000,000, taking into account any purchases that may have been made in the system. The estimate is preliminary and is based on the currently known procurement requirement. HUS does not commit to any acquisition quantitiesor for the purchase obligations with this notification. Applications for participation in the dynamic procurement system can be submitted throughout its duration.
