- The City of Kemi's Procurement Office is requesting an offer on behalf of Kemi Liikuntaikat Oy for Kemi Areena's property maintenance. Kemi Arena is a sports hall in Kemi, Sauvosaari. The size of the property is 5745 m2. Kemi Arena was introduced in August 2024. Kemi Arena is automaticFire alarm system. Attached is the floor plan and layout of the site.The duration of the contract: 1.7.2025 - 30.6.2027, Options for Option 1.7.2027 - 30.6.2028. In the site separately winter maintenance, property maintenance task in winter so -called handwriting and sanding from the front door and loading dock. Main doorAnd for marked rods, hand snow and sanding task before 9am and as needed. During the warranty period, the site is used for a guaranteed partner.Applied JYSE 2014 Services Contract Terms, April 2022 Update version. The property maintenance agreement will be drawn up with the contractor on the basis of the terms of the contract.The real estate maintenance begins on 1.7.2025 The monthly price VAT is 0 %, including work according to the below maintenance plan and 24hon -call service. The agreement is signed with one (1) service provider who submitted the cheapest bid. The reference price is 12 months total price.
