Introduction

Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy, together with Länsimetro Oy, Helsingin kaupungin liikenneliikelaitos, Sammalvuoren Metrovarikko Oy, Ruskeasuon Varikkokiinteistö Oy, RV Kalusto ja Varikko Oy and Helsingin Joukkoliikenneinfra Oy, has conducted an open procedure for a design and consultancy framework arrangement.
