Public Transport Services under the Route -based Convention in Lapland. Route -based Convention means in this invitation to tender for the European Parliament and of the Council Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 (Service Agreement Regulation) and the Transport Services Act (320/2017)A license agreement that is drawn up to handle the route services designed by the subscriber. The content of the right of access is defined in the appendix to the General Terms and Conditions of the Route -based Convention.The exclusive right by a separate administrative decision in response to the management of public service obligations. The exclusive right shall be granted as defined in the appendix.In its appendices. The subject to be acquired has the possibility of one (1) 12 -month option period. The procedure preceding the possible pre -deployment of the options is described in the Annex "Draft Public Access".
