Description:
The Southwest Finland ELY Center requested an offer to handle public transport services on 11.8.2025-10.8.2028 On Kokemaki-Pori and Eura-Pori (a more detailed destination in the Annex to the invitation to tender). The agreement includes an option to extend the contract for the period from August 11, 2028 to 10.8.2030. Accurate trafficStart and end dates are determined by the school year. Traffic is procured under a gross agreement. The Gross Agreement is a public transport service agreement within the meaning of the Service Contracts Regulation (1370/2007) and the Specialty Area Procurement Act (1398/2016), where the risk of box office revenue is within the traffic subscriber.The traffic contained in this procurement shall be granted a separate administrative decision in accordance with the Service Contracts Regulation. The exclusive decision takes into account any longer -distance traffic through the part of the route. Ticket and payment system requirements and the Transport Services Act(320/2017) The interoperability requirements required by the required interoperability are further described in the invitation to tender and in the annexes.
