- In this procurement, Helen Oy (Customer) is looking for one (1) supplier to deliver seven (7) plate heat exchangers to the Eiranranta heat pump plant. Helen Oy (hereinafter the Procurement Unit or the Client) is building a new heat pump plant in Eiranranta, Helsinki. The facility produces Helsinki fardistrict heating power to the heating network and cooling power to the Helsinki district cooling network. As a heat source, the facility uses purified wastewater from Viikki's wastewater treatment plant. The facility is mainly located in a cave, which is under the thermal center of Munkkisaari. The object of the acquisition with the required operational valuesn and documentation requirements are presented in more detail in this call for tenders and its attachments. According to the current schedule, the plate heat exchangers must be delivered by the end of January 2025. According to the schedule, the Customer will connect the plate heat exchangers to the plant's pipelines at the beginning of 2025in connection with the process piping installation work performed during According to the preliminary schedule, the pressure tests of the connection pipelines related to the plate heat exchangers are scheduled for May 2025. The binding dimensional drawings and the maximum forces and moments allowed for the heat exchanger flanges must be Tilaon time by April 2024 at the latest. This information is needed well in advance for the planning and stress inspection of the plant's process piping. The Provider must commit to the Orderer's schedule.
