- The competition applies to the painting of the site of Helsinki's Asunnot Oy1115 Urpitie 1, the site of eleven (11) residential building and a separate commercial building in accordance with the tender documents. The roof of the residential building was renewed in 2019. The contract is a total contract and a total contract andThe main contract includes all work in the tender documents, to achieve the outcome of the plan documents. Waste charges, protection, auxiliary work and other obligations mentioned in the contract documents (including work with equipment and procurement, general and social costs, VAT taxes andannual obligations), including work not in the documents but are necessary for the required outcome, are carried out as a contract.The unit price list to be reviewed, which I would carry out any additional and alterations (including any refunds) for any prices and principles.
