• 1602 Sammatintie 7Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy requests offers regarding the repair of the outer shell of the property. The contract is described in more detail in the attachments of the request for tender. The target of the repair is in Helsinki at Sammatintie 7. The project consists of two From a 3-story apartment building. The buildings were designed by architect Matti Hakur and completed in 1960-1961. The site was last extensively renovated in 2000-2001.
