• Description:
• The Pohjois-Ostrobothnia welfare area (later Pohde) requests your offer for native imaging devices in accordance with the request for tenders and its attachments. The object of the procurement is health center and hospital-level native imaging devices, the details of which can be found in the request for tenders spare parts and equipment maintenance for the welfare region of Northern Ostrobothnia, the welfare region of Lapland, the welfare region of Kainuu and the welfare region of Central Ostrobothnia. A framework arrangement is formed from the procurement, for which two devices are selected for each to the sub-area (native imaging devices at health center and hospital level). The devices are placed in priority order according to the offer comparison. Orders are placed from selected suppliers using priority order. The subscriber can deviate from the order of priority on the grounds mentioned in the draft contract. The procurement contract is valid for two years, and there is also the possibility of a 1+1 year option. The subscriber decides on the options separately from use. Device-related accessories, consumables, accessories and after the two-year deadline, spare parts prices will continue to be valid until further notice. In addition, the customer decides separately on a possible maintenance contract and its scope for the period after the warranty period during the warranty period/after the warranty period.
