Description:
The Pirkanmaa Center for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment (ELY Center) will request your tender for the management of public transport services in the connection between Valkeakoski-Aaka-Surjala. A more detailed destination and contract period can be seen in the appendices to the invitation to tender. A gross agreement means The Public Transport Services Agreement referred to by the Service Contracts Regulation (1370/2007) and the Specialty Objects Act (1398/2016), in which the risk of box office is present. For this purchase Traffic under the contract as a result of the contract may be granted a exclusive right in accordance with the Service Contracts Regulation as a counterpart to the management of public service obligations. An exclusive right to make a separate decision and any continuous and serious disadvantage caused by other traffic is always examined on a case -by -case basis.
