Description:
The Southwest Finland ELY Center requests an offer for the management of public transport services for 1.6.2026-3.6.2029 on the route of Uusikaupunki-Vehma-Turku (a more detailed target specification in the appendix to the invitation to tender). The agreement includes an option to extend the contract for the period from 4.6.2029 to 30.5.2032. Precise start of trafficAnd the end dates are determined by the school year. The Gross Agreement is a public transport service agreement within the meaning of the Service Contracts Regulation (1370/2007) and the Specialty Area Procurement Act (1398/2016), where the risk of box office revenue is within the traffic subscriber. ThisThe traffic contained in the procurement shall be granted a separate administrative decision in accordance with the Service Contracts Regulation. The exclusive decision takes into account any longer -distance traffic through the part of the route.
