The acquisition is subject to an information system for staff management and payroll operations (later also "HR system" and "system") for the municipality of Kirkkonummi (later also "customer" or "procurement entity"). The HR system to be purchased will replace existing systems ormanual data processing. The new HR system must support the municipal sector collective agreements (KVTES, OVTES, TS, TTES and Sote) so that the management of the service (eg different parts of the salary) is effortlessly possible through the HR system. AcquiredThe HR system must enable the payroll management of the municipal staff of Kirkkonummi municipality as a municipal production. The HR system produces municipal payroll functions including payroll, pay and recording information, holiday rights, reporting and statistical.hr systemModern interface surfaces should be enabled to receive information from other systems and transfer to other systems.
