- Senate Properties requests your bid for cleaning services in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendix. The content of the cleaning services and the scope of the procurement is defined in the invitation to tender and in its annexes.On the basis of internal tendering of the dynamic procurement system, selects the supplier and concludes a contract with the winning tenderer. The contract model is attached to the invitation to tender. To make a bid, you need a Senate Properties Security and Service Agreement (see Appendices)taking into account and acceptance of the conditions. The prerequisite for the submission of the offer is to participate in the presentation round. For one location, the number of squares, the number of work points, the number of people and the nature of the activity may change during the contract period. Senate Properties requests a price on offerFor the site, if there are multiple users on the site, Senate Properties will be responsible for distributing the contract price by customer.
