- The Lapland Welfare Area has competed for the contract for car leasing services 2024-2026 (2028). Based on the framework arrangement, 37 car-specific leases have been made during the second quarter of the second quarter. For the environmental and energy efficiency requirements of the Law in Article 9 (2) Intended regional minimum share for environmentally friendly and energy-efficient passenger cars and light commercial vehicles under section 6 of the Act is 20%in Lapland's wellness area.
