- The acquisition focuses on the BioCartis Idy Instrument from Algol Diagnostics Oy and it includes equipment -specific accessories. The device is used to diagnose tumors from tissue sample.biocartis idylla RT-PCR is a fully automatic molecular diagnostic hardware that makes a sample manufacturing and analysis process; DNA insulation, an RT-PCR reaction isolated to DNA, mutation detection and response mutation, a sample cut directly from the paraffin bloc and the result can be read within hours. The hardware complex consists of a control unit (Idylla Console) and at least one measurement unit (idy's instrument). There is one BioCartis Idy RT-PCR in the area of the pathology, consisting of one control unit and one measurement unit. The contracting entity needs to acquire a broken BioCartis Idy Instrument Measurement Unit to replace it. BioCartis Idy, supplied by Algol Diagnostics Oy, is the only one that is suitable for the existing unit of the contracting entity. In addition to the device, the contracting entity needs to purchase equipment -specific accessories.
