- Object of the procurement: The object of the procurement is the machining blades and blade arms mentioned in the request for tender and its attachments for the educational use of the metal industry of the Salo region's educational municipality group (hereinafter "SSKKY" and "procurement unit" and "Client"). The products must fill in everything in this request for quotation and its attachments set requirements. The competition is carried out using an open procedure, on the basis of which a framework arrangement is established; the three (3) acceptable bidders with the most points will be selected as contract suppliers. Products are ordered from suppliers in order of priority. In the attachments of the request for tender the indicated amounts are estimates of annual consumption. Comparable products and quantities have been announced in order to obtain comparable offers. Procurement unit: Salo region's educational association (SSKKY). The procurement decision is made in accordance with SSKKY's administrative rules valid at the time of the procurement decision with powers. Contract period: The estimated start time of the contract period is 1 December 2025. The length of the actual contract period is two (2) years. After this, the contract can be extended by two (2) one-year option periods.
