- Procurement Item: The acquisition is subject to an electrical counterweight truck mentioned in the invitation to tender and in its annexes. The location of the truck is the facilities of the Salo Region Training Association ("SSKKY" or "subscriber" or "contracting entity"). Procurement Unit: Salo Region Educational Association. The procurement decision shall be made with the powers of the administrative rule in force at the time of the procurement decision. Contract period: The contract for procurement expires when the device has been approved and handed over to the customer and the supplier has completed the warranty period based on the warranty periodtheir obligations in a manner approved by the subscriber.
