• Description:
• The City of Pieksämäki is requesting binding written offers for the procurement of Property tax assessment 595856 / 2026 to be used by the City of Pieksämäki in accordance with the procurement notice published in the Hilma notification channel in this call for tenders as shown. The city of Pieksämäki is conducting survey work on buildings in its area in order to bring the registers up to date and to ensure equal treatment of the owners in real estate taxation. In the project, it is intended to make real estate tax and checks and updates of building register information during visits to properties. The goal of the work is to update the real estate tax data and the municipality's building register data as much as possible with the limitations described above for the survey areas very up-to-date by checking all buildings in the area over 5 m2 in the register and buildings missing from the register (excluding buildings owned by the municipality, used for agricultural production and worthless in terms of property taxation) with basic information on the spot. The information is to be updated using the check data during the survey, as well as register and real estate data.
