• Monetra Oulu Oy Hankintapalvelut requests your offer to its customer (hereinafter also "customers") in accordance with this request for offer and its appendices on a "turnkey" basis. Site of the project: Kirkkotie 3, Ristijärvi Military Museum (380m2) The building is old public school building, which was completed in 1896. It is located in the same courtyard area as the rural school building built in the 1930s, along Kirkkotie. The building is owned by the municipality of Ristijärvi and operated by the Ristijärvi society Patronage and lottery exhibition and school museum. The building complex of Maamieskoulu and Katvela has been classified as a provincially valuable site. The roof will be completely renewed as a machine-seamed sheet metal roof like the old one with eaves, so that the appearance of the building remains as unchanged as possible. Alterations and repair work follow the instructions of the Museum Agency's repair card (repair card 5) as far as possible.
