- City of Espoo Tilapalvelut-liikelaitos (later the Client) is requesting bids for the LVIAS work at Ruusutorpa school. The project completely renews the building automation system, the fans of the IV machines are renewed to EC fans, both heat distribution centers will be renewed, the radiator valves will be renewed and the heat distribution system will be basicly adjusted. A more detailed description of the procurement can be found in appendix 1 "Contract program", appendix 2 "RAU", appendix 3 "HVAC" and appendix 4 "SÄH" of the tender request. The equipment must use parts that are approved by the importer/manufacturer. FAMILIARIZATION VISIT: The Customer requires the Bidder to participate in a mandatory familiarization visit organized by the Customer before bidding. A mandatory familiarization visit will be organized on 19.3.2026 and 24.3.2026 AT 08:30-9:30. The name and address of the object is Ruusutorpa school. Leppävaarankatu 24 02600 ESPOO. The Orderer rejects the offer if the Offeror has not familiarized himself with the destination during a familiarization visit organized by the Orderer. You must register for the familiarization visit in advance. For the first one for a familiarization visit no later than 17.3.2026 at 23:59 and for a second familiarization visit by 22.3.2026 at 23:59 by e-mail to tilapalvelut.hankinnat@espoo.fi The subscriber reserves the right to organize further familiarization visits, which will be notified separately in the Tarjouspalvelu.fi editor portal.
