- The Helsinki Region Environmental Services Association is requesting a tender for a vehicle access control system for the Ammassuo eco -industry center and maintenance services. The contract will be made in force for the time being. New vehicle access control system (covering mandatoryRequirements) The aim is to introduce in Ammassuo during 2025. HSY's processing services are responsible for the operation of the 200 hectares of Ammassuo Eco -Industry Center. We receive waste as a truck load. Bio -waste collected from households in the Helsinki metropolitan area is handled by institutionalfor nutrients and energy. We handle and utilize a number of different waste fractions, including: The slag remaining from the combustion of mixed waste and the flight ash resulting from the burning of our finalists. We collect landfill gases and produce electricity and heat from them. The area has its own power grid and two power plants.We collect all the waters from the processing and disposal areas and processes and lead them to the water treatment plant. Stormwater is largely utilized in our processes.
