Description:
Real Estate Services required by HSY from 1.5.2025 to 30.4.2027. The acquisition is a general property management service (YH) and technical service service (TH) owned by HSY: • Ilmala area buildings 1-2-3, Ilmalankatu 1, 00240 Helsinki (Morning Start here and Also likely to end at the end of the working day) • Vantaa office, Hosantie 5, 01360 Vantaa • Espoo office, Mikkelankallio 11, 02770 Espoo • Haukilahti Water Tower, Hauenkallio 3, 02170 Espoo • Aqua-Guild Building, Old Town 7, 00560 Helsinki. Destination descriptions are described in Annexes 1 and 2 of the invitation to tender. The descriptions are outline, ie changes may occur. However, always all the work tasks given by HSY's work management. Two -year contract period The amount estimated is thus 3760 h / person so. However, 7520 H, according to which a procurement decision, is not binding on the subscriber. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm (see "Requirements for Offer"). Possible overtime work will be agreed separately and compensation are determined by the collective agreement. There is no need for a substitute during the property maintenance holiday season (about 5 weeks/year).
