- The blades to be purchased are equipment-related to Medtronic Finland Oy's Mr8 high tour of the Southwest Finland Welfare Area. These porridge is used in neurosurgical cuts. Device manufacturer has stated that the MR8 high -speed can only be used on their the blades they make. The only possible supplier of the blades used with Mr8 high -speed spindles is Medtronic Finland Oy. The direct supply is based on Article 40 (2) (2) of the Procurement Act, for the technical or exclusive reason, only a particular supplier may carry out the acquisition; An additional condition is that there are no sensible alternative or replacement solutions and the lack of competition is not due to artificial terms narrowing.
