Description:
The supplies to be purchased are device linked for infusomat® spaceinfusion pumps owned by the Southwest Finland Welfare Area and Perfusor® Space Spray Pumps. Different results of the TYKS Hospital Services in Southwest Finland have access to B.Braun Medical Oy's infusion and injection pumps, which require equipment-specific hose for precise and safe medicine and dehydration for different ages and for patients in need of different care. The equipment manufacturer has stated that only the supplies they produce can be used on the device. The only possible supplier of the supplies is B.Braun Medical Oy.Arurahurakkimation is based on Article 40 (2) (2) of the Procurement Act, for the sake of technical or exclusivity, only a particular supplier can carry out the procurement; An additional condition is that there are no sensible alternative or replacement solutions, and the lack of competition is not due to the artificial reduction of the terms of the procurement.
