Description:
The North Karelia Welfare Area will conduct direct procurement from the Forte Unit of Rytmikodit Oy, which is required for child welfare in family and social services, from 19 March 2025 and continuing to be valid for indefinite period. Dynamic procurement system (302658 /There is no substitute care site for the customer's needs. In individual cases, the contracting entity may carry out direct procurement in the procurement of social and health services under Chapter 12, Section 110 of the Procurement Act,If the arrangement of tenders was obviously unreasonable and particularly inappropriate for the child's significant care and client relationship. The expected total value has been calculated so farIn the case of a valid agreement, for 48 months.
