Description:
The welfare region of North Karelia makes a direct purchase of the customer-specific foster care needed by family and social services' child protection from Tulilyhty Oy for the contract period starting on September 17, 2025 and continuing indefinitely. Among the foster care places selected through the procurement system (492908 / Children's protection purchase services procurement system), no vacant foster care place that meets the child's needs can be found. The procurement unit can make a direct purchase in individual cases in social and health service procurements in accordance with Chapter 12, Section 110 of the Procurement Act, if the organization of a tender would be obviously unreasonable and particularly inappropriate in order to secure a care and customer relationship that is significant for the child. the predicted total value of 657,000 eur (VAT 0%) exceeds the national threshold value.
