The welfare region of North Karelia makes a direct purchase of the customer-specific foster care needed by family and social services child protection from Sospro Oy's Ravanikodi for the contract period 25.9.2025 - 12.6.2028. Dynamic procurement system (492908 / procurement system for child protection services), no available foster care place that meets the child's needs can be found among the foster care places selected through the procurement system). in accordance with social and health service procurements, if organizing a tender would be obviously unreasonable and special inappropriate in order to secure a care and customer relationship that is significant for the child.
