Description:
The welfare region of North Karelia makes a direct purchase of the customer-specific, demanding round-the-clock housing service needed by family and social services for working-age services from Attendo Vehnian Koivukodit Oy's Attendo Pihka for the contract period starting on October 8, 2025 and continuing until further notice existing. Among the service housing places selected through the dynamic procurement system (376629 / Social housing services), no place matching the customer's service needs can be found. The customer needs more support than is available in housing services tendered through the dynamic procurement system available. The procurement unit can do direct procurement in individual cases in social and health service procurements in accordance with Chapter 12, Section 110 of the Procurement Act, if the organization of a tender would be obviously unreasonable and particularly inappropriate from the customer's point of view for significant treatment and in order to secure the customer relationship. The anticipated total value of the procurement 427,093.80 eur (VAT 0%) exceeds the national threshold value. The forecasted total value has been calculated for a period of 48 months in the case of an indefinite contract. The procurement is referred to in point 1 of Appendix E of the Procurement Act (1397/2016) procurement concerning social and health services [CPV code; 85311000-2 Social work providing accommodation services], so the procurement complies with § 107 of the Procurement Act regulations.
