Purchase Description: The City of Seinajoki Urban Environment/ Urban Technology is asking for your binding offering for the removal of snow, ice and poles on a grade frame arrangement at a unit price for €/ h (VAT 0 %). The task of the gravel roads may also be the task of the summer Modification at the same unit price (these work is done mainly with the city's own equipment). For the framework arrangement, all offers that meet the terms of the invitation to tender are selected and the grades will be used in the most economical order of affordability. The overall economy order is obtained As follows: Price comparison is made using a reference number based on the stage rating of the grades (coefficients and benchmarks Example Annex # 2). The offer may include one or more machines. If the contractor offers multiple machines, then each machine must be completed tender form (Appendix 1 of the invitation to tender). The subscriber does not commit to certain acquisitions during the contract period. The contract period period is 01.11.2025 - 31.10.2028 or starting from the time of signing the contract. The agreement expires without dismissal. The subscriber reserves the right to continue contract for one (1) year (option) until 31.10.2029. The subscriber makes a separate decision and agreement on the option period. The agreement will take effect at the time of signature.
