Description:
The object of the procurement is the total renewal of the access control system of the city of Seinajoki. The procurement is carried out as an overall solution, where the access control system platform is acquired in its entirety, including all access control equipment, such as readers, controllers and central devices as well as software and complex integrations of both personal data and username management with the Subscriber's other security systems and the Subscriber's source register (Active Directory).
The subscriber's Active Directory environment contains the basic information of approx. 3,000 employees (card holders) and rights to the online environment. The subscriber uses Active Directory extensively as the basis for access rights and login (SSO) to information systems, and also maintains data fields related to cardholders.
The offer must include everything needed to make the overall solution ready for use, such as work, trips, travel time, mileage allowances, per diems, hardware, software, licenses, components, installation materials and tools, as well as system user guidance and documentation in accordance with the tender request.
Access control system the overall solution must have at least a two (2) year warranty. Service and maintenance during the warranty period must be included in the offer.
