• Description of the acquisition: The object of the procurement is the information security monitoring and response service (SOC, Security Operation Center ) offered to the IT environment of the city of Seinäjoki in accordance with the attachments. The service will function as part of the city's continuous cyber security and it must work 24/7. In the IT environment of the city of Seinäjoki, there are approx. 10,000 users on weekdays, including employees, students, trusted persons and customers. In addition, part of the city group's subsidiaries make use of the environment. The service to be acquired must fit into this whole. No. 3 of the tender request attachments is secret because it deals with non-public information security issues related to the customer's technical operating environment. Getting Appendix 3 requires signing a non-disclosure agreement (Appendix 11). The tenderer candidate requests attachment 3 from the e-mail address sakkurta@seinajoki.fi. The request must include the name of the organization, social security number, name of the signatory, title, phone number and email address. The signatory must be an organization legal representative (right to sign). Appendix 3 is delivered by encrypted email to the person who signed the confidentiality agreement. Before handing over confidential material, the customer can ask additional questions about the supplier. Offer schedule regarding this, the customer considers 17 days as the delay caused by the submission of the confidential attachment and has taken into account the deadline for submitting the questions and answers to this offer and the deadline for submitting the offer...
