If the appropriation reserved for the purchase of the equipment is not sufficient to carry out the acquisition, the contracting entityreserve right: - change the number of devices stated in the invitation to tender - to suspend the procurement or part of it - to terminate the procurement contract or part of it without the estimated time of the termination equipmentQ1-e2/2026.
