• Description:
• The object of the procurement is performance technology services for the meeting and event organizers of the Kaleva Naveta Hugo hall (Nyykoolinkatu 25, 60100 Seinäjoki). Kyseessä on puitejärjestely, johon valitaan 3 toimijaa. The actual contract period is 6.9.2026-30.9.2028 and a possible option period 1.10.2028-30.9.2029. Dozens of different events are organized every year in Kalevan's Naveta Hugo hall, which are e.g. meetings, seminars, company parties, pop and jazz concerts and others cultural performances. Events typically require 1-2 technicians who are responsible for light, sound and video technology. The needs vary according to the nature and size of the events. The activity is especially focused on February-May and for September-December. The Hugo hall has fixed sound, light and video technology, which is controlled from the technology loft at the back of the hall. The capacity of the hall is a maximum of 350 people and the furniture and the stage are movable. The hall's fixed performance technique is used by the service provider at events. The service provider must also have its own tools and equipment or the possibility to rent them, if the fixed equipment is not sufficient for the needs of the occasion. However, renting additional equipment is always agreed upon separately with the organizer of the event. The service provider is required to have a customer service orientation and interactive cooperation with the customer to ensure and develop the quality of the service.
