• Ostostie 5 floor structure repairs, underfloor heating and heat transfer, and reservations for the south wing The site is home to a one-story daycare kennel completed in the mid-1990s. The outer walls are mainly reinforced concrete elements and the partition walls are masonry and light partitions. The floor structure is a concrete slab against the ground. Helsingin kaupuntin asunnot Oy is asking for offers regarding the repair of the floor structures, underfloor heating and heat exchanger installation, as well as HVAC installations. is a rough description of the project and the contract is described in more detail in the attachments of the request for tender. The work is performed in an empty location. Summary of the main measures: Protection, dismantling and cleaning work - Dismantling, moving and re-installation of old furniture and equipment in the construction area- Renewal of floor structures- Sealing work of external / partition wall, window, floor, ceiling joints- Installation of new wall, floor and ceiling surface materials in the demolished area, work on old structures- New skirting and window moldings installation- Sealing work of penetrations and other work- Smoothing and painting of walls in the demolished area- HVAC installations An asbestos and harmful substance survey has been carried out on the site (APPENDIX 1). Exceedings of heavy metal concentrations were observed in plastic floor mats. These should be taken into account when doing demolition work.
