- The North Savo ELY Center will request your tenders for the management of public transport services in accordance with a gross transport agreement in the North Karelia and South Savo regions. This tendering is carried out as a joint acquisition with Joensuu and Mikkeli cities. Content of the traffic agreement are more detailed in the attached tender call documents. These are raised in a gross compensation-based traffic where the transporter or the authorized body implements the ticket and payment system. In addition, all competitive sites are required to either Joensuu Or approval of the Waltti flag and payment system in the city of Mikkeli.
