- Lapland's welfare area (in the documents "procurement unit", "customer", "LAPHA") requests bids for three unmanned aircraft systems for Lapland's rescue service in accordance with this request for bids and its appendices. Unmanned aircraft system in this call for tenders refers to a functional equipment unit/assembly consisting of an unmanned aircraft/aircraft suitable for safe use in accordance with the system's intended use and its use required applications, devices, equipment, etc. such as control station, cameras and charging dock. The purpose of use of the system is defined in the Procurement object criteria section of the request for tenders. The unmanned aircraft system is used in the future, the abbreviation "UAS", which refers to the entire equipment unit/assembly. The abbreviation "UAV" is used for the unmanned aerial vehicle and the "controller" for the control station. In the future, the abbreviation for Lapland rescue service will be used "PELA". Three UAS systems for purchase with this request for tender. In the future, PELA will acquire 4-6 UAS systems annually, according to a separately approved budget. Future procurements will be made through the dynamic procurement system to be established (DPS) through. The goal is to implement the system so that the first mini-competitions are held in the spring of 2027.
