Description:
The Southwest Finland ELY Center requests an offer to handle public transport services on 1.6.2026-3.6.2029 on the route on the Somero-Koski TL-Marttila-Turku (more detailed in Annex 2). The agreement includes an option to extend the contract for the period 4.6.2029-1.6.2031. Accurate trafficStart and end dates are determined by the school year. The Gross Agreement is a public transport service agreement within the meaning of the Service Contracts Regulation (1370/2007) and the Specialty Area Procurement Act (1398/2016), where the risk of box office revenue is within the traffic subscriber.The traffic contained in this procurement shall be granted a separate administrative decision in accordance with the Service Contracts Regulation. The exclusive decision takes into account any longer -distance traffic through the part of the route. Ticket and payment system requirements and the Transport Services Act(320/2017) The interoperability requirements required by the required interoperability are further described in the invitation to tender and in the annexes.
