Description:
The City of Espoo's Spatial Services (later the subscriber) requests offers for the dismantling of the oil heating system of the Jänismetsä children's home and to replace the heating system that utilizes geothermal heating. The contract will also renew the site's building automation and ventilation systems. The object is in normal operation during the contract, which must be taken into account in the site arrangements and implementation. A more accurate description of the procurement is in the appendices of the invitation to tender: 1 "contract program", 2 "LVVA", 3 "RAK", 4 "and 5" contract calculations ". The attachments of the invitation to tender are not available through the Hilma site of the contract declarations, but the tenderer must review them in the Cloudia competition system where the subscriber publishes the invitation to tender.
