- The City of Espoo Tilapalvelut (later the subscriber) requests tenders from the Leppäs bridge kindergarten's renovation contract in accordance with the documents attached to the invitation to tender. There is a valid building permit for the project, the building permit decision is attached to the invitation to tender. The tenderer must take into account the obligations assigned to the general contractor in the terms of the building permit. The repair work will be carried out in the overall form of contract. All work and purchases in the invitation to tender are included in the total contract. The overall contractor acts as the main contractor in the project and as the main contractor within the meaning of the Land Use and Building Act.
