• Tuomi Logistiikka Oy invites suppliers to a market dialogue regarding the acquisition of SAP S/4 Hana licenses, support service, maintenance and development work. Tuomi aims for cost-effective and high-quality support, maintenance and development services and a long-term partnership with the chosen supplier. During the contract period, the goal is functional cooperation and the supplier's broad understanding of Tuomi's business. The competition will probably take place through a negotiation procedure, the preliminary schedule of which is described below. Preliminary schedule Market dialogues: weeks 24-26 Participation phase: autumn 2026 Negotiation phase: January 2027 Bidding phase: February-March 2027 Agreement and implementation: April 2027 The purpose of the market dialogue is to map potential markets, visit more detailed discussion of the procurement object and its entities, criteria, procurement models, the future contract period and the determination of the procurement, as well as other conditions related to the tender. A preliminary is attached to this market dialogue a description of the procurement, which the supplier is expected to familiarize himself with before the market dialogue. In addition, preliminary questions are attached, based on the answers of which the Subscriber selects the most suitable suppliers for the market dialogue.
