Description:
This is a small procurement below the national threshold value. The city of Oulu / planning requests your offer for the flow modeling of the Oritkari harbor site plan (Oulunselka and Salonselka) in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. PURPOSE OF THE WORK This is for the site plan project 2568 Oritkari port examination of the change in flow conditions related to the green transition industrial area. The goal of the work is to produce sufficient data to find out whether the flow effects of land fills around the harbor have significant effects on the Natura areas of the Kempeleenlahti beach or the Peramere archipelago. the changes in flow conditions (flow strength and direction) due to the planned land fills in the areas of Oulunsela, Salonsela and Kempeleenlahti, as well as the main effects of the changes on the Natura 2000 sites of the Kempeleenlahti beach and the Peramere archipelago, such as the effects temperature, water turnover, solid accumulation, local salinity and melt/ice cover time. The effect of the change in conditions on the conservation grounds of natural areas will be assessed in a separate assignment. CONTENTS OF THE WORK The consultant prepares a work on the conditions of the seabed from the point of view of the purpose, sufficiently extensive and accurate 3d models that describe the current state and the planned situation.
