• Description:
• The service to be acquired is Change Safety Training, which supports the rapid re-employment of persons over 55 who have been dismissed from their jobs on production or economic grounds by improving their professional skills or entrepreneurial skills (Act on the organization of employment services 380/2023 chapter 8). The aim of the service is to support individual customers belonging to the target group of the Kirkkonummi, Vihti and Siunti Employment Services (hereafter Työvoimapalvelut) in change security training service process and rapid employment. The training organized as change safety training must be training that increases professional skills or supports business activities, which promotes the rapid re-employment of the dismissed person. Education that develops professional skills Education can be vocationally oriented secondary or higher education, which does not lead to a degree or part of one. In addition, the training can be other short-term continuing education or, for example, training for vocational training or a professional field that meets the person's needs and is suitable based on his capabilities, which is estimated to promote the person's re-employment.
