Description:
The object of the procurement is the newest KVR contract of approx. 82 km long 110 kV power lines brought to full operational condition. The procurement also includes the acquisition and delivery of materials*). The wires are located in Kajaani. In the areas of Vieremae, Kiuruvesi and Pyhaejaervi cities. The transmission line contract consists offrom Vuolijoki - Ruotanen approx. 75.1 km, Ruotanen - Pyhaesalmi approx.
2.5 km and Ruotanen - Pyhaejaervi approx. 4.3 km.
The renewal of the power lines is carried out as a 2-Duck power line, mainly with a gridded pole structure, with free-standing grid poles in the field areas. Ruotanen - Pyhaejaervi in Pyhaejaervi power lineHTLS conductors are changed for crossing. The route of the power line is located on a section of approx. 12 km alongside the existing 110 kV power line Vuolijoki - Murronkangas (Kajave). The terminal portals for the Ruotanen substation are part of the substation contract, which Elenia procures separately. Pyhaesalmi (Pihtipudas) and Pyhaejaerviat substations, the old portals will remain in use. The transmission line will be commissioned in accordance with the annual construction shares. The preliminary and general planning material for the power line will be delivered during the procurement process.
Preliminary annual construction/commissioning portions 2024 approx. 30 km (Vuolijoki Ruotanen), 2025approx. 32 km (Vuolijoki Ruotanen) and 2026 approx. 20 km (end of Vuolijoki-Ruotanen, Ruotanen-Pyhaesalmi and Ruotanen-Pyhaejaervi). In the participation application, the applicant's view of the annual construction shares can be presented.
