Description:
HUS Kiinteistoet Oy tenders for the maintenance work of the firefighting equipment and fire safety systems needed in the hospitals and other offices located in the operating area of the HUS group (including HUS Kiinteistoet Oy and KOY HUS Asunnot). Such offices (hospitals) are especially located in Helsinkin, in the area of the cities of Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkaeae, Lohja, Porvoo and Raasepor, but there is also activity in other localities on a smaller scale.jobs Exclusive rights systems are not covered by this framework agreement. The estimated device and system quantities can be found in the appendices by category A-E.
The tender request is divided into the following areas:
A: 1-5. Fire alarm systems
B: 6-10. Safety and signaling systems
C: 11-15. Initial shutdownstock
D: 16-20. Smoke extraction systems
E: 21-25. Automatic extinguishing systems
Each category A-E is divided into sub-areas by hospital area:
1. HYKS hospital area (Helsinki, Vantaa, Espoo)
2. Hyvinkaeae hospital area
3. Porvoo hospital area
4. Lohja hospital area
5. Lansi-Uudenmaa hospital area (Raasepori)
1-3 suppliers are selected by sub-region.
The number of services to be purchased during the contract period and the locations for which the services are procured may vary. The customer does not commit to specific procurement quantities.
