Description:
The subject of the procurement is the procurement of ventilation (bag, wide surface and cassette filters) and HEPA filters for properties located in the operating area of the HUS Group (including HUS Kiinteistoet Oy and KOY
HUS-Asunnot), in accordance with this request for tender and the appendices. Such offices (illloita) is mainly located in the area of the cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkaeae, Lohja, Porvoo and Raasepor, but there is also activity in other localities on a smaller scale.
The procurement is divided into parts.
In sub-area 1, ventilation filters (bag, wide surface and cartridge filtersfilters, as well as machine-specific filter sets). The number of operators to be selected is 2.
In section 2, HEPA filters are procured. The number of operators to be selected is 3.
In both areas, the operating model of the framework arrangement is as follows:
In procurements below the national threshold value (individual orders) the customer can purchase the necessary filters from a suitable supplier at a unit price.
In procurements that exceed the national threshold, a mini-competition is always organized between the selected contract suppliers, within the sub-region.
