- HUS Kiinteistöt Oy tenders for the purchase of maintenance and repair services for the glazing of hospitals and other offices located in the HUS group's operating area. HUS Group's hospitals and other offices are mainly located in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, In the area of the cities of Hyvinkää, Lohja, Porvoo and Raasepor, but there is also activity in other localities on a small scale. The glazing maintenance and repair service includes, for example, the maintenance of various glazings, plexiglass, foils and mirrors and repairs. The jobs are urgent or non-urgent tasks and the bidder must be ready for on-call work. The procurement is regionally divided into the following sub-areas: 1. HYKS hospital area 2. Hyvinkää hospital area 3. To Porvoo medical area 4. Lohja hospital area 5. West Uusimaa hospital area The goal of the competition is to select one (1) contract supplier for each area. The duration of the contract is two (2) years and the contract includes the option of one (1) two (2) for a one-year option. The scope of the objects may change during the contract period (change less than 10%) and changes will be notified three months in advance. The changes must not affect the hourly prices.
