- Description:
- The object of the procurement is the measurements, testing and maintenance of the fluid networks needed in the hospitals and other offices located in the area of operation of the HUS municipal group and the provincial self-government that may continue its operation (e.g. HUS Kiinteistoet Oy and KOY HUS Asunnot). Suchoffices (hospitals) are mainly located in the area of the cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkaa, Lohja, Porvoo and Raasepor, but there are also operations in other localities on a smaller scale.
The procurement is divided into parts as follows:
1. Fluid analysis and maintenance of fluid networks
2. Usesfluid analysis of working water networks
As the final result of the competition, 3 operators for each sub-area will be selected for the entire HUS area.
During the contract period, the customer can order liquid analysis work and maintenance of the liquid network within the sub-areas, as well as liquid analysis work for the service water network at an hourly raterustily or carry out a mini-competition of separate entities
among framework operators. The customer orders work as needed.
For service providers selected for the framework arrangement, a mini-competition is always organized for procurements/works exceeding the national threshold value, on the basis of whiche-specific service provider is selected. The customer has the right to bid also for works lower than the
maximum value.
In procurements below the national threshold value (individual work orders), the customer can
procure the necessary liquid network and/or service water network liquid analysis work, depending on the situation... - Documents:
